为了适应高校体育课程改革,将“动态分层教学法”在高校篮球选项课中的进行教学实验,结果表明:“动态分层教学法”与传统教学法均对学生学习和掌握篮球基本技术和技能提高有良好的效果;有利于因材施教,能促使每位学生的身体素质和篮球基本技术得到不同程度的提高;对培养学生学习兴趣和运动习惯等方面也起到积极作用。
In order to adapt to the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, the teaching experiment of “dynamic hierarchical teaching method ” in the college basketball options course was conducted.
