目的评价多重PCR在快速诊断社区获得性肺炎病原体中的作用。方法提取痰液标本中的DNA,扩增病原体DNA后电泳并观察其结果,同时给予普通PCR或分离培养作为对照。结果成功检测出32例感染者,与普通PCR符合率达100%,敏感性高于分离培养。结论多重PCR能高通量、快速诊断病原体,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the role of multiplex PCR in the rapid diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia pathogens. Methods The DNA in sputum samples was extracted, and the pathogen DNA was amplified by electrophoresis and the results were observed. At the same time, normal PCR or isolation culture was used as a control. Results 32 cases were successfully detected, the coincidence rate with ordinary PCR was 100%, which was higher than that of isolation and culture. Conclusion Multiplex PCR can provide high-throughput and rapid diagnosis of pathogens, which is worth further clinical promotion.
