人民教育出版社出版的九年制义务教育初中物理第一册P49有这样一道题:设计一个从酒精和水的混合液中分离酒精的办法。人教版的《教师教学用书》中的参考答案是这样:可用分馏法,给混合液加热,到酒精沸点时,酒精沸腾,将酒精蒸气送入冷凝器中,在冷凝器中得到含水很少的酒精,原来盛混合液的容器中只剩下水。当笔者公布此答案后,任教班级的学生有如下的反应。
The first book P49 for junior high school physics for nine-year compulsory education published by the People’s Education Press has a question: Design a method for separating alcohol from a mixture of alcohol and water. The reference answer in PEP’s “Teacher’s Teaching Book” is that the mixture can be heated in a fractional distillation process. When the boiling point of alcohol is reached, the alcohol is boiled and the alcohol vapor is sent to the condenser to obtain little water in the condenser. The alcohol, leaving the original mixture of water in the container only. When the author published this answer, the students in the classroom had the following responses.
