应太原重型机器厂的申请,英国劳氏船级社验船师唐盛年先生,于1987年10月9～10日,对该厂的炼钢、锻造、热处理、理化检验及质量控制体系进行了检查。从该厂生产的锻件中抽取了三种零件,对其化学成分、机械性能、冷弯试验、金相组织、低温冲击、切片酸洗和超声波探伤等进行了专项检查。被检的各项指标达到了认可试验大纲的要求,符合英国劳氏船级社的规定。
At the request of the Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Plant, Mr. Tang Shengnian, a surveyor at Lloyd’s Register of Ships, inspected the steelmaking, forging, heat treatment, physical and chemical inspection and quality control system of the plant from October 9 to October 10, 1987. . Three kinds of parts were extracted from the forgings produced by the plant, and special inspections were carried out on their chemical composition, mechanical properties, cold bending test, metallographic structure, low-temperature impact, section pickling, and ultrasonic flaw detection. The indicators that were tested reached the requirements of the approved test program and complied with the requirements of the Lloyd’s Register of Shipping.
