本研究以叶面光滑无毛刺大白菜‘501’为母本,叶面有毛刺‘601’为父本构建了F2代作图群体及其F3家系,其表型鉴定结果表明,大白菜叶片毛刺性状是由单显性基因（BrLt）控制的（χ2=3.86,P〈0.05）。通过分离群体分组分析（BSA）法,筛选出与BrLt基因连锁的1个SSR标记cnu_m400a,以及基于表达序列标签（EST）序列的2个EST-SSR标记,sau_um072和sau_um160。以139株F2个体为作图群体,并以cnu_m400a为锚定标记,将BrLt基因定位于芸薹种A6连锁群。sa
