民政部高度重视福利彩票公益金使用的科学性和透明度,为积极回应社会各界对福利彩票公益金使用情况的高度关切,便于社会各界知晓与监督,建立了福利彩票公益金分配、使用的社会公示制度,每年定期向社会公示福利彩票公益金的管理和使用情况。文章根据2010年中国彩票公益金的分配、使用和使用效果情况,提出了相关的政策建议。
The Ministry of Civil Affairs attaches great importance to the scientific and transparent use of welfare lottery public welfare funds.
