在幼儿园班级管理中,总有那么几个孩子似乎是班级活动中不太和谐的音符,由于家庭、社会和学校教育等影响,孩子难免出现这样那样的特殊问题行为。作为和孩子朝夕相处的教育者,我们怎样做到用心去引导,用情去感化,用脑去处理,并根据问题行为的轻重大小对症下药,这是摆在我们每一位教育工作者面前的一个热点话题,这个话题也逐渐引起越来越多的关注。处理特殊行为的策略、方法和手段不一样,其结果可能也是天壤之别。在班级管理中,我注重抓好个别,以点带面,培养孩子的良好品德行为,以帮助孩子健康全面地成长。
