如何合理运用医院化验室的检测项目,早已为医院管理人员关注。大量数据表明,在医院中普遍存在的问题是,医师们申请的许多化验和临床辅助检查项目除经常重复外,且并非必需;有些甚至缺乏基本理由。本文介绍了两种有效的管理方法,即决策支持系统和提供信息反馈,并将此视为合理使用卫生资源的前题。
How to make reasonable use of hospital laboratory test items has long been of concern to hospital administrators. A large amount of data indicates that the prevalent problem in hospitals is that many laboratory tests and clinical assistant examination items that doctors apply for are often repeated, but not necessarily; some even lack basic reasons. This article describes two effective management methods, namely, decision support systems and providing information feedback, and regard this as a precondition for the rational use of health resources.
