近几年随着微信用户的爆发式增长和微信公众号的体量也迅速发展,其带来的分享和转载的著作权侵权问题,逐渐显现出来,相关的著作权侵权问题引起来广泛的关注和讨论。本文通过对微信公众平台的发展和微信公众号分享和转载行为的特点进行分析,探讨如何定性微信空间和微信公众号转载的著作权问题,和哪些主体应该承担相应的责任,以及网络服务提供者、公众号运营者、社会和政府如何通过做好各自参与和监管工作,以便更好的保护著作权人的相关权益。
In recent years, with the explosive growth of WeChat users and the rapid development of the WeChat public number, the issues of copyright infringement that have been brought about by sharing and reprinting have gradually emerged. The related issues of copyright infringement have drawn wide attention and discussion . This paper analyzes the development of WeChat public platform and the characteristics of WeChat public number sharing and reprinting, discusses how to define the copyright issues reproduced in WeChat space and WeChat public number, which subjects should bear the corresponding responsibility, and the network service providers, How the public operators, the society and the government can make their respective participation and supervision work better in order to better protect the rights and interests of the copyright owners.
