本文采用络合滴定法测定六种可固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂在蒸馏水中浸泡1天、2天,1周及2周后Ca~(++)释放情况。结果表明,六种盖髓剂在四个测定期均能测出Ca~(++)的释放,而且随着时间的延长其浓度均有增高的趋势。不同材料在各个测定期其Ca~(++)的释放量不同,据根Ca~(++)释放量可把材料分为3组,第1组为释放量多的,有VLC Dycal、VLC Calar和Calar;第2组为释放量中等水平,只有GD;第3组为Ca~(++)释放量较少,有VLC GD和Dycal。六种材料在2天测试期内Ca~(++)释放速度最快。另外,材料的固化方式对Ca~(++)释放量无相关性。
In this paper, the release of Ca ~ (++) after six days immersion in distilled water for one day, two days, one week and two weeks were measured by complexometric titration. The results showed that the release of Ca ~ (++) was detected in all the four capping agents during the four test periods, and their concentrations tended to increase with time. Different materials have different release rates of Ca ~ (++) in different measurement periods. According to the release amount of Ca ~ (++), the materials can be divided into three groups. The first group is the release amount of Ca ~ (++) Calar and Calar in the second group, and moderate in the second group, with GD only in the second group. There was less release of Ca ~ (++) in the third group with VLC GD and Dycal. The Ca ~ (++) release rate of the six materials was the fastest during the two-day test period. In addition, the material curing method has no correlation with Ca ~ (++) release.
