应用文是一种使用范围十分广泛的文体,它不仅是机关、团体和企事业单位开展公务活动的工具,而且也是现代社会进行管理的重要手段。应用写作的教学越来越受到各级各类学校的重视,高职院校,作为培养各行各业生产、建设、管理、服务人才的基地,更应如此。但就目前而言,高职应用写作课程的教学状况不容乐观,其实施过程与效果均不尽如人意,未能着眼于学生的职业需求和个人发展,导致学生兴趣不浓,教学效率低下。针对这种情况,我们在应用写作教学过程中,要认真学习应用写作教学理论,探索应用写作教学规律,逐步提高应用写作课堂教学质量。 Application is a widely used style, which not only serves as a tool for government agencies, groups and enterprises to carry out official activities, but also is an important means of management in modern society. The teaching of applied writing is getting more and more attention from all kinds of schools at all levels. The higher vocational colleges should be the base to train production, construction, management and service talents of all walks of life. However, for now, the teaching status of applied writing courses in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic. The implementation process and effect are unsatisfactory, failing to focus on students ’professional needs and personal development, resulting in students’ lack of interest and inefficient teaching. In view of this situation, we should conscientiously study the applied writing teaching theory, explore the law of applied writing teaching, and gradually improve the quality of applied writing classroom teaching in the process of applying writing teaching.
