在建设项目工程分析的基础上,对中盐吉兰泰盐化集团有限公司64×104t/a电石新建工程以酒店湾水源地(傍河取水)第系系松散岩类孔隙水作为工程生产、生活供水水源选择的合理性、项目取水的保证程度、项目用水工艺是否合理、项目取水及退水对区域水资源和第3方用水产生的影响等诸方面问题,给出科学、客观、公正的结论,并对工程存在的不合理、不可行的问题,针对性提出具体的、可操作的对策措施,为工程取水许可管理提供可靠的技术依据。
