目的了解宜春市某制鞋企业职业病危害程度,找出职业病危害控制的关键控制点,为预防、控制和监督工业企业职业病危害提供科学依据。方法通过对该制鞋企业的工程分析和职业卫生调查,识别各种职业病危害因素;并依据历年职业病危害因素检测结果,分析其危害程度。结果该制鞋企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有化学毒物、粉尘、噪声等,检测结果显示化学毒物、粉尘合格率为100%,但除苯外,其他毒物浓度和检出率均有递增的趋势,噪声的合格率在90%左右。结论该制鞋企业主要的职业病危害因素是胶粘剂及溶剂中的易挥发性有机物、粉尘、噪声,企业应加强对职业病危害因素的监测,加强对职业病危害防护设施的检查、维护,定期检测其性能和效果,保证其正常运转。
Objective To understand the degree of occupational hazards of a shoe-making enterprise in Yichun and to find out the key control points for the control of occupational hazards in order to provide a scientific basis for preventing, controlling and supervising the occupational hazards of industrial enterprises. Methods Through the engineering analysis and occupational health investigation of the shoe-making enterprise, various hazard factors of occupational diseases were identified. Based on the test results of occupational disease hazard factors over the years, the hazard degree was analyzed. Results The main hazard factors of occupational diseases in this shoemaking enterprise are chemical poisons, dust, noise and so on. The test results show that the pass rate of chemical poisons and dusts is 100%, but the concentration and the detection rate of other poisons have an increasing trend except benzene , The passing rate of noise is about 90%. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the shoe-making enterprises are volatile organic compounds, dust and noise in adhesives and solvents. Enterprises should strengthen the monitoring of occupational hazards and strengthen the inspection and maintenance of protective equipment against occupational hazards and regularly check their performance And effect, to ensure its normal operation.
