目前,世界发达国家的注塑机控制技术比较先进、成熟,其特点是普遍采用实时闭环控制和CRT或LCD显示屏的过程监控,并通过多重处理将尽可能多的处理工作分配给外围装置完成,以提高注塑机内的通讯能力,减轻主控部分负荷。这在一定程度上代表了注塑机控制技术的未来走向,这也是我国注塑机控制技术的未来走向。
