一种性能优于目前国内外通用的液晶、阴极射线管、等离子体、真空荧光、发光二极管等显示器的新一代固体平板显示器——薄膜场致发光屏,在天津理工学院材料物理研究所正式通过天津市科委组织的科技成果鉴定。这种发光屏是一种直接将电能转换为光能的显示器。有关专家认为,这项研究所选用的新材料,采用预热电子、加速电子和激发发光中心等过程的三层或多层结构均属国际首创。
A new generation of solid-state flat-panel display - thin-film electroluminescent display with better performance than current domestic and foreign LCD, CRT, plasma, vacuum fluorescent and LED displays was formally approved by Institute of Materials Physics of Tianjin Institute of Technology Tianjin Science and Technology Commission organized the identification of scientific and technological achievements. This luminescent screen is a direct conversion of electrical energy into light energy display. Experts believe that this study selected new materials, the use of preheat electrons, accelerating electrons and stimulate the process of light centers and other three-tier or multi-layer structure is an international initiative.
