采用DOP实验方法,进行了35CrMnSiA杆弹对不同钢纤维体积含量的钢纤维混凝土的侵彻实验。分别研究了杆弹着速和钢纤维体积含量对钢纤维混凝土抗侵彻性能的影响。实验表明,随着弹速增加,不同钢纤维含量的钢纤维混凝土侵彻深度都会增加,但钢纤维混凝土中弹体侵深增加较素混凝土缓慢;而钢纤维能增强混凝土的抗侵彻性能,且随钢纤维体积含量的增加,开坑直径显著减小,侵彻行程也会降低。研究成果可用于指导防护工程及战斗部工程的设计。
Using DOP experimental method, 35CrMnSiA rod bombs on steel fiber concrete content of different steel fiber penetration experiments. The effects of rod projectile speed and steel fiber volume content on the anti-penetration performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete were studied respectively. The experimental results show that the penetration depth of steel fiber reinforced concrete with different steel fiber content increases with the increasing of the elastic velocity, but the penetration depth of steel fiber reinforced concrete is slower than that of plain concrete. Steel fiber can enhance the anti-penetration performance of concrete, And with the increase of steel fiber volume content, the pit diameter is significantly reduced, and the penetration stroke will also be reduced. The research results can be used to guide the design of protection engineering and warhead engineering.
