美军制定“河堤作战计划”1934年初,美国海军学院通过沙盘推演,拟定了一条从关岛攻夺台湾或冲绳,从而向华东推进的作战轴线,但没有成型就被封存。太平洋战争爆发后不久,美军根据原沙盘推演资料,先行研究台湾作战问题。美军参谋本部在掌握了大量资料基础上,拟定了攻占台湾的“河堤作战计划”。
The U.S. Army formulated the “Embankment Battle Plan.” At the beginning of 1934, the U.S. Naval Academy formulated a combat axis to attack East China by attacking Taiwan or Okinawa from Guam via the sand table. However, it was sealed without molding. Shortly after the outbreak of the Pacific War, the U.S. military conducted research on the combat operations in Taiwan based on the data derived from the original Shapan. Based on a large amount of information, the U.S. Army General Staff Headquarters has formulated a “plan of embankment combat” to capture Taiwan.
