区域生态环境法治化治理,是我国生态环境法治化的客观要求,是构建和谐社会、促进可持续发展的内在要求和必然选择。目前我国区域生态环境法治化治理存在立法体系和执法协作机制不健全、法律技术标准不成熟、司法救济机制不完备等问题,亟需健全区域生态环境治理的法制体系,完善区域生态环境执法协作机制,提升区域生态环境治理法律技术标准,完善环境司法机制。
The rule of law and regulation of the regional ecological environment is the objective requirement of the legalization of the ecological environment in our country and is the inherent requirement and the inevitable choice of building a harmonious society and promoting sustainable development. At present, there exist some problems in the rule of law in regional ecological environment in our country, such as the imperfect system of law enforcement cooperation, the immature legal and technical standards and the imperfect judicial remedy mechanism. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the legal system of regional ecological environment governance and improve the coordination mechanism of law enforcement of regional ecological environment , Enhance law and technical standards for regional ecological and environmental governance, and improve environmental judicial mechanisms.
