本文报告采用WHO—神经行为核心测试组合(WHO—NCTB)为主的五项行为功能指标,对空军某雷达部队117名干部、战士进行客观、定量的测试与分析。探讨微波及作业环境因素综合作用对雷达作业人员精神疲劳及行为功能的影响。结果表明,经连续作业2小时以上后,雷达作业组比对照组行为反应敏捷性、协调性,非语言精神传递与跟踪反应,视觉记忆力、注意分配能力都有不同程度的降低。随着作业年限的增加,行为功能指标显示递减下降趋势,与暴露时间似呈量效关系。
This paper reports the five behavioral functional indicators that are mainly based on the WHO-NCTB (core body of the WHO-NCTB test), and objectively and quantitatively tests and analyzes 117 cadres and fighters of a certain Air Force radar unit. The effects of microwave and operating environment on the mental fatigue and behavior of radar workers were discussed. The results showed that after more than 2 hours of continuous operation, the radar operation group had less agressive behavior, coordination, nonverbal mental transmission and follow-up reaction, visual memory and attentional distributive ability than the control group. With the increase of operating life, behavioral indicators showed a declining trend, showing a dose-response relationship with exposure time.
