目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症的原因及防治措施。方法 2007年9月至2012年9月期间,我院妇科腹腔镜手术发生的12例严重并发症,给予相应的治疗,对其临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 12例严重并发症患者中,5例损伤性并发症(2例膀胱损伤、2例肠管损伤、1例输尿管损伤)和7例出血性并发症(3例子宫血管滑脱出血、2例卵巢剥离面出血、2例子宫切口出血),经过二次手术、保守治疗,均治愈出院。结论严格掌握腹腔镜手术适应证,提高手术操作技能,改善手术器械,能够降低严重并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention measures of serious complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods From September 2007 to September 2012, 12 cases of serious complications occurred in gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were given corresponding treatments, and the clinical treatment was retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 12 patients with severe complications, 5 cases of traumatic complications (2 cases of bladder injury, 2 cases of bowel injury and 1 case of ureteral injury) and 7 cases of hemorrhagic complications (3 cases of uterine vasovagal hemorrhage and 2 cases of ovariectomy Bleeding, 2 cases of uterine incision bleeding), after two surgeries, conservative treatment, were cured. Conclusion Strict control of laparoscopic indications, improve surgical skills and improve the surgical instruments, can reduce the incidence of serious complications.
