先进高强度钢是保证汽车轻量化而又提高安全性能的基础结构材料。淬火分离钢是近几年为满足汽车工业对高强度、高塑性钢板的需求而开发研制的含有残余奥氏体的低碳低合金先进高强度钢。通过数值模拟的方法对某车型前门QP980钢铰链柱和DP590钢铰链柱的成形性进行了分析。结果表明:QP980钢拥有和DP590钢相当的延展性能,但其回弹远大于DP590钢;此外,QP980钢的数值模拟预测结果对屈服准则选取的敏感性明显大于DP590钢的数值模拟预测结果对屈服准则选取的敏感性。
Advanced high-strength steel is to ensure the lightweight car and improve the safety performance of the basic structural materials. In recent years, quenching and separating steel is a low carbon and low alloy advanced high strength steel with residual austenite developed in recent years to meet the needs of the automotive industry for high strength and high plasticity steel. The formability of QP980 steel hinge pillar and DP590 steel hinge pillar of front door of a vehicle was analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that: QP980 steel has the same ductility as DP590 steel, but its springback is much larger than that of DP590 steel.
