临床资料 1 一般资料 本组54例,年龄45～51岁,平均年龄48.9岁,其中45岁2例(3.7％),46岁3例(5.5％),47岁7例(13％),48岁11例(20.3％),49岁15例(27.2％),50岁10例(18.5％),51岁6例(11.1％),均符合更年期综合征临床诊断标准。就诊时主要原因:①月经紊乱(月经提前或退后,月经量时多时少);②植物神经功能紊乱(潮热、出汗、情绪不稳定等);③骨痛、腰痛、关节痛、肌肉疼痛,其中3例曾有骨折史。
Clinical data 1 General information The group of 54 patients, aged 45 to 51 years, mean age 48.9 years, of which 45 years old in 2 cases (3.7%), 46 years old in 3 cases (5.5%), 47 years old in 7 cases (13% 11 cases (20.3%) were old, 15 cases (27.2%) were 49 years old, 10 cases (18.5%) were 50 years old and 6 cases (11.1%) were 51 years old.
