目的观察阿昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法将94例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组47例，给予阿昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷。对照组47例，给予阿昔洛韦治疗。于治疗第5d、第10d观察两组疼痛变化。结果治疗组在疼痛缓解上较对照组有显著差异(<0.05)，说明阿昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷在治疗上优于阿昔洛韦治疗。结论复方甘草酸苷在治疗带状疱疹神经痛上具有良好的疗效。“,”Objective To observe acyclovir joint compound glycyr hizin glucoside curative ef ect for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 94 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (47 cases, give acyclovir combined compound glycyr hizin glucoside. 47 cases, were treated acyclovir treatment. In the treatment of 5 day, 10 day observed two groups of pain. Conclusion Compound glycyr hizin glucoside has good curative ef ect for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
