我们学校是崇明岛上一所普通的乡村中学。几年前,我上任校长伊始恰遇乡镇经济滑坡,财力困难.加上三产的亏损及债务纠纷直接导致了原来拮据的办学经费无故缺损,老教师接连退休而青年骨干教师又纷纷外流,导致学校中各种矛盾凸现.办学水平每况愈下,学校工作举步维艰……几年匆匆而过,如今的学校尽管校舍仍是全县最差的,但各方面工作日新月异,大多数指标进入县一流行列,草窝窝里飞出了不少金凤凰……变化从何而来?惟有教师的成功才有学校的成功。坚持以人为本理念,搞好凝聚力工程建设,充分调动师生教与学的积极性,是我们摆脱困境,走上良性循环快车道的一大法宝。
Our school is an ordinary rural middle school on Chongming Island. A few years ago, when I took office as president, I encountered the economic downturn in towns and townships, and the financial difficulties. Coupled with the loss and debt disputes of the three industries, I had directly caused the original shortage of school funding funds to erode. Old teachers successively retire and young backbone teachers have erupted. Various contradictions in the school are highlighted. The level of education has gone from bad to worse. School work has been very difficult...a few years have passed. Today, even though the school building is still the worst in the county, all aspects of work are changing with each passing day, and most of the indicators have entered the county. A lot of golden phoenixes flew out of the nests... Where did the changes come from? Only the success of teachers had the success of the school. Adhering to the people-centered concept, doing a good job of cohesion project construction, and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers and students in teaching and learning are a great magic weapon for us to get out of trouble and embark on a virtuous cycle.
