《危险活动所致跨界损害的预防》(草案条款)于2001年由国际法委员会在其第五十三届会议上通过。本文主要采纳了国际法委员会对该草案所作的评注,并结合了委员会自其第三十届会议以来关于此题目的有关文件,对该草案作出了比较全面、中立、审慎的解读,旨在对该题目有关资料的梳理有所助益。
Prevention of Transboundary Damage Caused by Hazardous Activities (Draft Clause) was adopted by the International Law Commission at its fifty-third session, in 2001.
