一段时间以来,不少科研成果转化面临着“最后一公里”的问题一一一方面,大量具有产业化前景的科技成果乏人问津;另一方面,不少企业转型因为技术短板,升级后续“乏力”.rn2013年12月,发改委有关负责人在一次会议中提到了这样一个令人尴尬的数据:我国科技成果转化率仅为10%左右,远低于发达国家40%的水平.rn这个问题引发中央的高度重视,从2014年至今,一系列促进科研成果转化和科技体制改革的文件陆续出台.今年5月, 《实施若干规定》发布,这被视为推动科研成果转化的又一“利器”.
