中国老龄化的日益严重,护理人文关怀在老年护理中的必然性与重要性尤为凸显,护理人文关怀不仅引起护理人员角色的改变,也为护理工作注入了新的内容,为护理者提出更高的医德要求。
The aging of China is increasingly serious. The necessity and importance of nursing humane care in the elderly care are especially prominent. Nursing humane care not only causes the change of nursing staff’s role, but also injects new content into the nursing work and puts forward a higher Medical ethics requirements.
