一、关于补发工资问题:(一)被调动的工作人员,调动前后应该补发的工资,根据“国务院关于工资改革中若干具体问题的规定”第一项第一条规定统由调入单位按照调入单位所实行的新旧工资标准的差额补发。(二)原由企业、事业单位调入国家机关在七月份按照国家机关工作人员工资标准评定工资级别的,新定工资高于原领工资的差额,从四月一日起补发。(三)凡工资标准改变,并且不能套极需要重新评定级别的,例如工程技术人员和教学人员,评级以后新工资高于原领工资的差额,从四月一日起补发。
