目的：观察复方丹参片对血栓形成的预防作用。方法：３０ 只大鼠随机分组，给大鼠灌服 ２ ｇ／ ｋｇ（实验 １ 组）、４ ｇ／ ｋｇ（实验 ２ 组）复方丹参片及等量蒸馏水（对照组）后，以实验性血栓测定仪刺激血栓形成，观察堵塞时间（ Ｏ Ｔ 值）。结果： Ｏ Ｔ 值实验 ２ 组、实验 １ 组与对照组比较 Ｐ ＜ ０．００１， Ｐ ＜ ０．０５。结论：复方丹参片对血栓形成有确切预防作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of compound Danshen tablets on thrombosis. METHODS: Thirty rats were randomly divided into groups. After the rats were given 2 g/kg (experiment 1 group), 4 g/kg (experiment 2 group), compound Danshen tablets and the same amount of distilled water (control group) as an experimental thrombus. The analyzer stimulates thrombosis and observes the occlusion time (OT value). Results: O T value of experimental group 2 and experimental group 1 compared with control group P <0.001, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Compound Danshen Tablets have an exact preventive effect on thrombosis.
