发现NH4 NO3 明显降低Al(OH) 3 干凝胶煅烧过程中γ Al2 O3 ,δ Al2 O3 ,θ Al2 O3 及α Al2 O3 的形成温度 ,α Al2 O3 籽晶的添加只降低α Al2 O3 的形成温度·在w(NH4 NO3 )为 44 %和 5 %平均粒径 1 0 0nm的α Al2 O3 籽晶的共同作用下 ,θ Al2 O3 →α Al2 O3 相变温度由 1 2 0 0℃降到 90 0℃ ,获得了平均粒径约 1 0nm ,团聚强度为 76MPa的α Al2 O3 纳米粉·
It was found that the formation temperature of Al 2 O 3, δ Al 2 O 3, θ Al 2 O 3 and α Al 2 O 3 during the calcination of Al (OH) 3 xerogel was significantly reduced by NH 4 NO 3.
