目的 系统地研究猪囊尾蚴发育过程中的组织结构变化。 方法 仔猪感染猪带绦虫卵不同时间后剖杀 ,取囊尾蚴寄生部位作病理组织学检查。 结果 同一宿主不同部位甚至同一宿主同一部位囊尾蚴的组织结构发育程度不同。感染后 19d在骨骼肌中即有幼年期囊尾蚴出现 ,组织学检查显示了头节的早期发育 ,其他组织器官内未发现有囊尾蚴寄生。感染后 30 d骨骼肌内寄生的囊尾蚴出现小钩及吸盘的雏形。随着猪囊尾蚴体内发育时间的延长 ,头节区逐渐分化 ,出现吸盘及折叠。感染后 6 0 d,骨骼肌内寄生的囊尾蚴头节区出现较大的吸盘和大量折叠。70 d以后的囊尾蚴在组织学结构上和 6 0 d的囊尾蚴相似。在每一发育阶段均有退化变性的囊尾蚴出现。(本文图 1~ 6 ,见封底 ) 结论 猪囊尾蚴的最早出现时间大约是感染后 19d,而成熟时间大约是感染后 6 0 d。在猪囊尾蚴的组织结构发育过程中囊壁相当于暂时的胚胎 ,头节在囊壁的基础上分化而来。
Objective To systematically study the changes of tissue structure during the development of Cysticercus cellulosae. Methods Pigs infected with Taenia solium eggs were killed at different times and the cysticercus parasites were taken for histopathological examination. Results The cytoplasm of cysticerci from different parts of the same host or even from the same host showed different degrees of development. At 19 days after infection, juvenile cysticerci were found in skeletal muscle. Histological examination revealed the early development of the head section. Cysticercus parasites were not found in other tissues and organs. After 30 days of infection, skeletal muscle cysticerci parasites appeared small hook and sucker prototype. With the growth of Cysticercus cellulosae in vivo time, head and neck area gradually differentiated sucker and fold. On the 60th day after infection, there was a large sucker and a large number of folds in the sarcolemmal section of skeletal muscle. The cysticerci after 70 d were similar in histological structure to the cysticerci on 60 days. Cysticercosis occurs degeneratively in each developmental stage. (Figures 1 to 6 in this paper, see back cover) Conclusion The earliest occurrence of Cysticercus cellulosae is about 19 days after infection, and maturation time is about 60 days after infection. Cysticercus cellulosae tissue structure in the development process is equivalent to temporary cystic wall embryo, head section in the wall from the differentiation of the wall.
