野木瓜注射液(InjectionstauntoniaeIS)涂布于大鼠隐神经4mm长的一段上。50%IS在6min内使隐神经复合动作电位诸成分的幅度下降,潜伏期延长。尤其是AS和C成分,它们的幅度分别下降为对照的47±23.0%和44%±20%(x±SD,、n=8,P<0.01)。10%IS对诸成分的影响大大减弱,但Aαβ、Aδ和C成分的潜伏期依然明显延长,延长值分别为0.05±0.01ms,0.28±0.070s(n=5,P<0.05)和6.99±1.48ms(n=5,P<0.01)。IS对Aδ和C成分的影响比对Aαβ成分影响大得多,并有量效关系。IS对神经传导的阻滞作用是可逆的。
Wild Stawonia injection (Injection stauntoniaeIS) was applied to a 4 mm long section of the saphenous nerve of the rat. 50%IS decreased the amplitude of the components of the compound neural action potential of the saphenous nerve within 6 min and prolonged the incubation period. Especially for the AS and C components, their amplitudes decreased to 47±23.0% and 44%±20% of the control, respectively (x±SD, n=8, P<0.01). The effect of 10% IS on the components was greatly reduced, but the latency of Aαβ, Aδ, and C components was still significantly prolonged. The prolongation values were 0.05±0.01 ms and 0.28±0.070 s, respectively (n=5, P< 0.05) and 6.99±1.48 ms (n=5, P<0.01). The effect of IS on the Aδ and C components is much greater than that of the Aαβ component, and there is a dose-effect relationship. The retardation of nerve conduction by IS is reversible.
