苏军总参管理局副局长格里高利·米哈依洛夫上将最近在《苏联人民卫国战争史》第一卷中提到,卫国战争爆发前夕,红军侦察人员获得了大量有价值的军事情报,其中包括德军的战斗编成,人员数量,部队部署,以及希特勒作出的进攻苏联的决定和进攻的开始日期。但为什么苏军在战争一开始并没有表现出充分的准备而是仓促应战,致使德军的“闪电战”大获成功呢?难道那些重要的情报并没有上报到最高统帅部吗?
General Gregory Mikheilov, Deputy Director General of the Soviet Army’s General Staff Administration, recently mentioned in the first volume of the History of the Soviet People’s Patriotic War that on the eve of the outbreak of the Patriotic War, the Red Army reconnaissance personnel received a great deal of valuable Military intelligence, including the composition of the German military battle, the number of personnel, the deployment of troops, and the start date of Hitler’s decisions and offensive attacks on the Soviet Union. But why did the Soviets not show enough preparations at the start of the war but to rush into battle, resulting in a great success of the German “Blitz.” Are those important intelligence not reported to the Supreme Command?
