经济全球化的背景下,许多大型IT企业纷纷通过各种途径率先实现了国际化经营,但由于我国IT企业受诸如技术竞争优势不明显、关键资源缺乏、产品创新能力不强、开发后劲不足、产品差异化不明显、市场开拓方式单一、国际化经验不足、国际化人才缺乏等条件的制约。因此,要持续提升我国IT企业的国际竞争力,就必须从全价值链视角下,实现我国IT企业技术、运作、营销、业务模式、管理、服务等全面创新。文章从全价值链各环节出发,分析全价值创新对IT企业国际竞争力的提升的途径与方法。从而提出IT企业持续提升国际竞争力的方法和途径。
Under the background of economic globalization, many large-scale IT enterprises have taken the lead in realizing international operation through various channels. However, due to the obvious lack of competitive advantages in technology, lack of key resources, weak product innovation ability and insufficient development potential in IT enterprises in China, Product differentiation is not obvious, a single market approach, lack of international experience, the lack of international personnel and other conditions. Therefore, in order to continuously improve the international competitiveness of IT enterprises in our country, we must make full innovations in technology, operation, marketing, business model, management and service of IT enterprises in our country from the perspective of the whole value chain. Based on the various links of the whole value chain, the article analyzes the ways and means of promoting the international competitiveness of IT enterprises through the value innovation. Thus put forward the methods and ways for IT enterprises to continuously enhance their international competitiveness.
