目的 探讨β 胡萝卜素 (β Carrot,β C)抗石英尘细胞毒作用及其机理。 方法 采用体外细胞培养法 ,观察不同浓度 β C溶液对染石英尘的肺泡巨噬细胞 (alveolarmacrophage,AM )膜脂质过氧化及胞内抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果 在染有石英尘的AM中加入 β C ,可以明显减少活性氧 ,丙二醛 (malonadehyde ,MDA)的生成 ,而过氧化氢酶(catalase ,CAT)、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶 (glutathioneperoxidase ,GSH Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutse ,SOD)的活性和细胞活力却明显高于石英组 ,且有一定的剂量 -反应关系。结论 β C可以抑制石英尘诱发的AM的脂质过氧化反应 ,具有保护AM的作用
Objective To investigate the cytotoxic effect of β-carrot (β C) on quartz dust and its mechanism. Methods The effects of different concentrations of β C solution on lipid peroxidation and intracellular antioxidant enzyme activity in alveolar macrophage (AM) membrane were observed by in vitro cell culture. Results The addition of β C to AM contaminated with quartz dust can significantly reduce the production of reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde (MDA), while catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase glutathioneperoxidase, GSH Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and cell viability were significantly higher than the quartz group, and have a dose-response relationship. Conclusion β C can inhibit the lipid peroxidation of AM induced by quartz dust and has the effect of protecting AM
