我厂自1965年以来采用电磁无心卡具,先后沿用了中心单磁极励磁结构、同心双磁极励磁结构的电磁无心卡具,发现都有一定的缺点。例如,中心单磁极励磁结构,由于磁力较弱,不能满足较大的粗磨留量的加工要求,在粗磨3516轴承内圈时,就难以胜任,此外,电磁线圈的防潮性能和供电方式也存在着一定缺点。同心双磁极励磁结构,虽然磁力比中心单磁极励磁结构有所增强,但是结构较为复杂,而且磁极部分难以淬火,加工制造较为困难。 我们遵循伟大领袖毛主席关于“人类总得不断地总结经验,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造,有所前进”的教导,几年来在生产实践的基础上,经过反复研究,于1971年制成复极励磁结构的电磁无心卡具(图1)。
