一、前言未蚀变或浅蚀变中低品位硅—钙质磷块岩矿石,必须经选矿除去其中伴生的碳酸盐和硅质脉石,方能合理利用。但由于该类矿石中磷矿物与碳酸盐、硅质脉石的可浮性相近,且各种矿物的嵌布粒度极细,难以用浮选法分选。而以焙烧法论,在焙烧、消化、水洗之后,仅能除去其中的碳酸盐脉石,而硅质脉石尚需进一步用浮选法除去,在技术经济上似难合理。
I. Preface Non-alteration or shallow alteration of low-grade silicon-calc-phosphorite ore must be removed by beneficiation to remove carbonate and silicalite associated with it, so as to be reasonably utilized. However, due to the similarities between the phosphorus minerals and carbonates and siliceous gangue in this kind of ore and the finer grain sizes of various minerals, it is difficult to sort them by flotation method. The calcination theory, after roasting, digestion, washing, which can only remove the carbonate gangue, and silica fossil stones still need to be further removed by flotation method, technically difficult as reasonable.
