【目的】对比PBL(基于问题的学习)和讲授教学法在高职护理教学中的教学效果,讨论PBL教学法对学生批评性思维能力的影响。【方法】采用准实验研究法,研究对象为廊坊卫生职业学院高职2010级护理专业四年级学生,将其随机分为控制组和实验组,采用了“前测—后测非对等控制组”的准实验设计,实施PBL前后分别对研究对象进行前测和后测,比较两组一般资料、批判性思维能力及考试成绩。【结果】实施PBL教学后,实验组学生的批判性思维能力和内护成绩得分提高并具有统计学意义。【结论】与讲授教学法相比,PBL能提高学生的批判性思维能力和考试成绩。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of PBL (problem-based learning) and teaching methods in high vocational nursing teaching and to discuss the influence of PBL teaching method on students’ critical thinking ability. 【Method】 The quasi-experimental method was used to study the fourth-grade nursing students in higher vocational schools in Langfang Health Vocational College. The students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, using “pre- and post-test non-peer control Group ”quasi-experimental design, before and after the implementation of PBL were pre-test and post-test subjects were compared two groups of general information, critical thinking skills and test scores. [Results] After implementing PBL teaching, the scores of critical thinking ability and nursing score of experimental group students increased and have statistical significance. 【Conclusion】 Compared with the teaching method, PBL can improve students’ critical thinking skills and test scores.
