知识技能的掌握,是人的智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的结果,体育教学中的经验表明,重视非智力因素的培养,不但有利于人才的成长,更的利于体育课教学质量的提高。本文通过对培养动机、意志两方面的非智力因素的实践,阐明重视非智力因素的教学才是全面的教学。
The mastery of knowledge and skills is the result of the participation of both human intelligence and non-intellectual factors. Experience in physical education teaching shows that cultivating non-intellectual factors not only benefits the growth of talents, but also improves the quality of physical education. This article through the cultivation of non-intellectual factors in both motivation and will to clarify the importance of teaching non-intellectual factors is a comprehensive teaching.
