近年来我厂生产日益扩大,新建装置陆续投入生产,用汽量也随着增加,因而新建-35型中压煤粉鍋炉两台,每台出力35吨/时。这两台炉每小时煤耗量为10—14吨,飞灰生成量約2—3吨(灰渣在外),最初設計鋪設轨道,將灰渣用小翻車推出。惟后由于环境及空間的限制,改用双轮胶皮带車,由人推送到200公尺外原油车间,經頁岩渣地下皮带运輸机送出。这样造成以下缺点:1.当炉下放灰时,飞灰四揚,瀰漫各处,整个鍋炉厉上下灰尘集結,损害了設备,縮短了机械使用寿命;2.出灰之后,喷水、混拌、装車、推运等都用人力操作,每班需要工人15—16名,劳动強度大,加之飞灰影响健康,极不卫生。車間党和行政領导非常重視这一問題,
