高职院校辅导员是高职院校教师队伍的重要组成部分,建立专业化的高职院校辅导员队伍对维护校园稳定,做好大学生思想政治教育及提升辅导员自身素养有着重要意义。本文以宁夏职业技术学院为例,采取访谈的方式,对学院辅导员在专业化发展方面所做的努力及存在的问题进行了梳理,并提出了学院构建辅导员队伍专业化发展的途径。近年来,随着高等教育大众化的转变,高职教育面临着更加严峻的挑战。生源扩大,学生素质参差不齐以及由此带 Counselors in higher vocational colleges are an important part of the contingent of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Taking Ningxia Polytechnic as an example, taking the way of interviews, this paper sorts out the college counselors’ efforts and existing problems in the specialization development and puts forward some suggestions to build up the college counselors professional development.
