一、扭矩法用扭矩法拧紧高强度螺栓所依据的基本公式为:M=KNd 式中:M——拧螺栓时的扭矩; K——螺栓的扭矩系数; N——螺栓的预拉力; d——螺栓的公称直径。即拧紧螺栓的扭矩与螺栓的预拉力成正比,对不同情况的螺栓,有不同的扭矩系数K。为保证螺栓达到设计的预拉力,必须解决三个问题:可靠的定扭工具;设法使螺栓扭矩系数降低、稳定及准确测定;合理的施拧方法。可靠的定扭工具只能保证实际施拧的扭矩与其预定值一致,但并不能保证螺栓的预拉力
