通江县糖业烟酒公司在开放、搞活中,进行所谓开拓性经营,1985年在西安设立“窗口”——西安糖业烟酒经营部,七个月,亏损7万余元。究其失败的原因有: 一、通江无拳头产品,在西安市场缺乏优势。加之人生地不熟,信息不灵,经营地址又偏僻(外城郊区)。二、异地设“窗口”运输线长。损耗费用大。几个月开支房屋租费6,666元,办公用品、家具用品、装饰、广告、开办费14,890元,差旅费等支出6,434元。三、公司给守“窗口”
