(一) 煤粉锅炉二次风风速挡板开度优选锅炉燃烧得好坏,其中重要因素之一就是二次风速。原来各运行班的操作均不一致,但大部分都控制在第六格以内,燃烧极不稳定,煤耗也高,现对二次风风速进行优选。采用方法:分数法(8/13)。试验经过:点①选第8格,经热工计算,锅炉效率是87.52%,标准煤耗528克/度;点②选第5格,经热工计算,锅炉效率是85.94%,标准煤耗537克/度。显然点①比点②好。再做点③,选
