采用FAO推荐的微量点滴法,以室内饲养的甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua Hbner武汉敏感品系为标准,测定了河北隆窑、江苏徐州、山东章丘和泰安、上海郊区5个甜菜夜蛾田间种群对4种代表药剂的抗性水平,比较了4种非常用药剂对3个田间种群的杀虫毒力。结果表明:隆窑、章丘、泰安、徐州和上海郊区5个田间种群4龄幼虫对顺式氯氰菊酯的抗性分别达615.2、544.2、465.8、445.3和435.4倍,对灭多威的抗性分别达213.0、206.1、116.0、96.5和89.6倍,对丙溴磷的抗性分别达56.3、48.8、45.3、44.3和38.2倍,对氟啶脲的抗性分别达20.3、18.8、16.0、14.3和13.5倍,抗性已十分严重。4种非常用药剂对上海郊区、山东章丘和泰安3个种群的毒力差异不大。
Using the micro-drip method recommended by FAO and the susceptible strains of Spodoptera exigua Hbner in China, the indoor populations of five beet armyworm in Longyao of Hebei, Xuzhou of Jiangsu, Zhangqiu of Shandong and Tai’an of Shanghai and the suburbs of Shanghai were determined. The species represents the level of resistance of the pesticide and the insecticidal virulence of the four non-commonly used pesticides on three field populations was compared. The results showed that the resistances of the 4th instar larvae to the cypermethrin in Longyang, Zhangqiu, Tai’an, Xuzhou and Shanghai suburb were 615.2, 544.2, 465.8, 445.3 and 435.4 times, respectively. The resistance to methomyl Up to 213.0, 206.1, 116.0, 96.5 and 89.6 folds, respectively. The resistance to profenofos was 56.3, 48.8, 45.3, 44.3 and 38.2 times, respectively, and the resistance to chlorfluazuron was 20.3, 18.8, 16.0, 14.3 and 13.5 Times, resistance has been very serious. There were no significant differences in the virulence of the four commonly used agents on the three populations in the suburbs of Shanghai, Zhangqiu and Taian, Shandong Province.
