目的 观察热暴露条件对大鼠肠系膜淋巴结树突状细胞 (dendritic ,DC)的影响。方法 采用免疫组化、图象分析等技术测定不同组别、不同时间点大鼠肠系膜淋巴结中DC的改变。结果 施加单纯热暴露 2h后 ,大鼠肠系膜淋巴结DC的数量随时间推移经 8h达高峰 ,之后回落 ,2 4h达到热应激后初始状态 ,且DC形态趋向成熟 ,包绕淋巴细胞 ;相同热暴露条件施加于热习服大鼠 ,其DC虽也有升高但受热后各时间点波动不明显 ;常温暴露组动物DC无变化。结论 热暴露可以促进大鼠肠道DC的释放 ,使之更多地归巢肠系膜淋巴结 ,这种热应激状态后免疫系统的改变具有一定的“适应性” ,即经过热适应锻炼的大鼠DC释放相对平衡。
Objective To observe the effect of thermal exposure on dendritic (DC) of mesenteric lymph node in rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry, image analysis and other techniques were used to determine the changes of DC in mesenteric lymph nodes of rats in different groups at different time points. Results The number of DCs in mesenteric lymph nodes reached the peak at 8h after exposure to heat exposure for 2h, then dropped back to initial state at 24 h after heat exposure, and the DCs tended to mature and surrounded the lymphocytes. The same heat exposure The condition was applied to heat-acclimatized rats, although the DC also increased, but the temperature fluctuations after each point is not obvious; normal temperature exposure group animals DC no change. Conclusion Heat exposure can promote the release of intestinal DC in rats and make it more home to mesenteric lymph nodes. The changes of the immune system after heat stress have certain “adaptability”, that is to say, the heat-adapted rats DC release is relatively balanced.
