采用浓硝酸作为消解剂进行微波溶样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定中药柿蒂中的Cd、Hg、Cu、As、Cr、Se、Mn、Pb元素的含量。结果发现:在选定实验条件下,8种元素互不干扰,线性范围均在0.050~1.00μg/ml之间,元素回收率在90.0%~113.0%之间,检出限在1.48 1E~3μg/ml和22.7 1E~3μg/ml之间,且测定的相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%。方法简便且快速,具有良好的准确性和精密度。
The content of Cd, Hg, Cu, As, Cr, Se, Mn and Pb in Chinese medicinal material Pediata was determined simultaneously by ICP-AES with concentrated nitric acid as digestion reagent. The results showed that under the selected experimental conditions, the eight elements did not interfere with each other, the linear range was between 0.050 ~ 1.00μg / ml, the elemental recovery was between 90.0% ~ 113.0%, the detection limit was between 1.48 1E ~ 3μg / ml and 22.7 1E ~ 3μg / ml, and the relative standard deviations RSD were less than 5%. The method is simple and fast, with good accuracy and precision.
