大学生处于各种性传播疾病传染的危险年龄带(18~22+岁)。本文采用答卷询问、ELISA法检测血清等方法,对州立大学一年级新生(白人516名,黑人107名)及四年级学生(白人380名,黑人69名)的HSV-1和HSV-2感染发病率及相关因素作了横向调查,包括社会人口统计特征(家庭收入,居住条件等)、性行为方式、病史及HSV型特异性抗体水平等。结果表明,一年级新生与四年级学生的HSV-1抗体阳性率分别为37.2%和46.1%;HSV-2抗体阳性率分别为0.4%和4.3%。一年级学生中有唇疱疹史者占25.6%,且均无生殖器疱疹史,而四年级学生中28%有唇
College students are at risk of transmitting sexually transmitted infections (18-22 + years). In this study, HSV-1 and HSV-2 infection were detected by questionnaire survey and ELISA method in serum of freshmen (516 white, 107 black) and fourth graders (380 white, 69 black) Rates and related factors were surveyed horizontally including demographics (family income, living conditions, etc.), sexual behavior, medical history and HSV-specific antibody levels. The results showed that the positive rates of HSV-1 antibody in freshmen and fourth graders were 37.2% and 46.1% respectively; the positive rates of HSV-2 antibody were 0.4% and 4.3% respectively.
