目的:观察针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐临床疗效。方法:126例患者随机分成3组,针刺组42例,单纯针刺治疗;烫熨组42例,以单纯烫熨治疗;针刺烫熨组42例,针刺配合烫熨治疗。结果:针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐,在减轻症状、改善机体状态等方面,确有较好疗效。针刺配合烫熨有效率可达100%,与单纯针刺组及单纯熨烫组差异均有高度显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐可改善机体状态,促进病情向愈,有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ironing in treating stomach cold vomiting in cold epilepsy in children. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients were randomly divided into three groups: acupuncture group (n = 42) and acupuncture alone group (n = 42); iron-ironing group (n = 42); Results: Acupuncture with ironing treatment of pediatric cold evil stomach vomiting, reduce symptoms and improve the body condition, etc., have a good effect. Acupuncture with ironing efficiency up to 100%, and simple acupuncture group and ironing group were highly significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ironing treatment of pediatric cold evil stomach vomiting can improve the body condition and promote the disease to the more effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
