当前的大学生就业难题,已经不再单纯是市场经济“优胜劣汰”的结果,而成为一个超越个人能力的社会问题。要解决这一社会问题:一方面要求大学生自我反省改进,构建自身的独特竞争力,同时树立竞合理念,集体行动以增强谈判能力;另一方面则要求社会导向多元化,实现劳动力市场上人才种类的多样化以及各类人才的小批量供应,同时确保职场上的条件平等与机会平等。据此所引致的教育内容改革以及政府的相关配套改革都将有助于该问题的根本解决。
The current employment problem of college graduates is no longer simply the result of the “survival of the fittest” in a market economy, but a social problem that transcends personal abilities. To solve this social problem: on the one hand, students are required to self-reflect and improve, to build their own unique competitiveness, at the same time to establish competing ideas and collective actions to enhance the ability to negotiate; on the other hand, it requires the diversification of society and the realization of talent in the labor market The diversification of categories and the supply of small quantities of various kinds of talents while ensuring equality of conditions and equal opportunities in the workplace. The resulting reform of educational content and related government reform will help to solve the problem fundamentally.
